VPN in the US is extremely slow now ( since beginning of the month ) Why ? How to resolve ?

Is it specific only to me  or Kaspersky product or the region in general ?

1. Tell us: KVPN version & patch(x) ? 
2. There are 5 US remote virtual servers, have you tried all 5? 
3. Does the “VPN extremely slow “, happen in all browsers: Chrome, Edge Chromium, Firefox, & applications, Word, Excel, PDFs & or games? 
4. Which device OS & version: Windows, Android, MAC, iOS? 
5. Does the device have all System updates showing - all updated & all successfully applied? 
6. How much device storage is available? 
7. Has the KVPN been uninstalled & clean installed?
