Hi,

At some point I set the VPN to cover my router and every device connected. I have turned it off before but cannot figure out how to do it now.

Hello @crapshoot

Welcome!

Not sure if (you're) referring to OpenVPN - IF yes, the option is no longer available due to the transition of vpn from Pango to PureVPN, the option *may* be made available again in the future -> as per Kaspersky's Danila T. -> due to the 'infrastructure-change' (i.e. Kaspersky is transitioning from Pango to PureVPN) -> there's been:

A consolidation of VPN servers from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain.

  1. The router feature - OpenVPN, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear = no longer be available, at this time.

Kaspersky are committed to continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates.

If (you're) referring to something else please post back & OR contact Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts

Thank you🙏
