VPN impede acesso ao internet banking da Caixa

Não consigo acessar o internet banking da Caixa Econômica Federal com o VPN ativado. Dá a seguinte mensagem:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://internetbanking.caixa.gov.br/sinbc/" on this server.
