VPN Failure on All Devices After Subscription Recognition Issue

Hello Kaspersky Support,

I am contacting you regarding an urgent issue with my Kaspersky Plus subscription.

Suddenly, the VPN stopped recognizing my active subscription. I tried everything on my side: restarting my router, reinstalling the application, clearing data, and even installing it again from the Galaxy Store since it is not available on Google Play.

At first, the app refused to detect my paid subscription at all, which is why I deleted it. After reinstalling it from the Galaxy Store, it finally recognized my account and subscription — but the VPN no longer connects on any device.

The VPN fails to connect on:

  • My phone

  • My main PC

  • My laptop (which is on a completely separate network)

I have tried switching servers, logging in/out, reinstalling the app, restarting devices, and checking my network settings. Nothing worked.

This issue started today without any changes from my side.
Please assist me as soon as possible.
