Hi

I recently renew kasperskey account - when I try to activate the vpn I keep on getting the messages vpn failed to connect.

I have rebooted the computer after update but it still gives me the same messages

Does the VPN display any error messages?
 
Do the following procedure and check if it is working:
 
Uninstall Kaspersky Secure Connection
Restart your computer
Clean up temporary files and leftovers from the removed installation
Download and install the latest version of KVPN
Restart your computer
Try using the VPN again
Check if the problem persists
 
Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection → Download link
 
If possible, give feedback 👍
