VPN doesn't work on Netflix (Premium & on Mac)

My premium VPN does not work with any Netflix countries, I don’t even get a “vpn error” or anything it just stays the same, as if there’s no vpn.

Did you try with another virtual location ?
Also , some streaming services are able to detect and block a VPN connection.

@Berny I tried Canada, US, UK, Australia and France none of them seems to be working, I know about streaming services blocking a VPN connection but am I not supposed to get an error or something when that happens? Because when I try Netflix there seems to be no change and it is just stuck in my country, I tried on IOS as well and no change.

@elfsol When a local VPN client is connecting  to the remote server the application will  not notify an error, some servers however could mention e.g. “This service is not available for your country”

@Berny oh thank you for letting me know! Is there anything else I can do to make netflix work with vpn?

@elfsol I am myself a Netflix fan but unfortunately I can’t provide you a solution.

For a second opinion you can eventually contact Kaspersky Technical Support.

Please send more info about your problem. So you change the VPN server and Netflix still gives you the default directory (USA)? So the service itself works, but the directories won't change?

@Danila T.  Hello! Yes I change the VPN server and netflix gives me Turkey default directory, it works on other sites but nothing changes on Netflix

I'm having the exact same problem! I got a premium account 2 days ago and could not view any new content on Netflix upon activating the VPN.

Has there been a solution to this issue yet?

@Fatima1991  unfortunately, no. They said it might change with a new update but they don’t know when that might be or if it will work...

Since yesterday i also cannot access Netflix with kaspersky. i must use another vpn.
