VPN Connection

Hi,

For the past couple of days my Kaspersky VPN won't connect.

I've been using it with no problems for a couple of years or so and nothing has changed on my PC (apart from the regular Windows 10 updates).

I've included an image of what is happening.

Any help as to why it is having trouble connecting (I've selected "Fastest") would be appreciated.

Hello,

1) Uninstall Kaspersky Secure Connection (KSeC) via Control Panel and restart PC.
2) Donwload KSeC build from our site and install KSeC again.

Did not want to start a me too movement here, I have no choice. Windows 11 Pro 22H2, when Kaspersky updates the VPN or Kaspersky Cloud software it seems to be loaded with bugs at the moment. As soon as it does I get intermittent error connection messages on my WiFi connection. Kaspersky really should QA or run software through Windows WHQL before submitting updates to end users. 

As a side note just reinstalled the program and works fine. That is until Kaspersky decides it needs to update to the latest version whenever that is. Which is another problem, the software available through MY KASPERSKY to download is always outdated, not good.
