VPN Cloudflare website error

I use Kaspersky VPN on iphone.  my only problem is that i can't access some sites that i enter without VPN with VPN turned on.  As far as I've researched a bit online, it doesn't live on Cloudflare websites.  Is there a way to access these sites with the VPN turned on?  I don't want to turn off the VPN at all.  but for a site, turning it on and off is very annoying.

• Interesting! The site has no policies whatsoever yet appears to limit VPN use. We can replicate the issue?

1. Have you reached out to the site Admin? 
2. Read: Why is it impossible to open a website with Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection enabled?
3. For Premium Kaspersky VPN, not Free, on the support page - select either Chat or Email, then fill in Connectivity issues, VPN-related issues template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
