Virus.Boot.Malmo [MOVED]

Kaspersky internet security is unable to resolve “Virus.Boot.Malmo”. It’s detected but, not able to resolve (Delete or Quarantine).

 

I need to know the severity of this issue and how to remove it. My PC is a DELL desktop running Windows 7Pro. We are multi-users of this office PC.
