Virus not resolved after one hour. Kali Linux 2021.2

[SIDDU THE GREAT]

I had just now installed kali linux 2021.2 and it shows that it has virus and is trying to resolve it i have waited for past 1 hour to let it resolve itself but it is still not resolving or deleting the stuff.

Is there  any alternative way to resolve the issue.

And also tell me how to atleast quarantine that stuff.
