So, as the infamous 1903 failed to update, I've seen a lot of people experience similar behaviour because of Kaspersky. I, in turn, disabled it to start the update, and boy oh boy! Windows Defender suddenly discovered both. [WINDOWS FREAKIN' DEFENDER] are you kidding me?! Oh, I have KTS by the way! Kaspersky, explain yourself please!

That smells like a Defender false positive. Please contact Lenovo and Microsoft tech support with the details.
