Sometimes viber program and printscreen (via Snagit capture tool or just Windows printscreen) doesnt work when Kaspersky protection is activated. 

I need to pause protection to be able to use Viber and Prinstrcreen.

Is there anything that can be done

Welcome!

  1. Does the “viber program and print screen (via Snagit capture tool or just Windows print screen) doesn't work when Kaspersky protection is activated”, issue happen in every Supported browser: Firefox, Chrome, Edge Chromium?
  2. Is the Safe money/protected browser active when “viber program and print screen (via Snagit capture tool or just Windows print screen) doesn't work”  issue happens? 
  3. Is viber accessed via a browser or installed app? 
  • Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, provide a detailed history, including system specifics, all actions taken & the Community topic URL, fill in the template using our image as a guide. Support may request Traces & other data →  they will guide you:
