version 21.0.44.1537 cpu 99% during update and not updating .. very slow hours to hit 20%

Kaspersky app updating and shutting systems down .. not restarts just 100% cpu usage not allowing the workers to work...

No one system still is haveing random issues … but its not related to database updates …. I turned off the auto update and switched to manual to see if that was causing the issue… the system worked fine Monday and today at noon it went into the cpu over usage again… I got a call from the office and have asked the user to reboot to see if that clears it for today(just called and it did clear it at least for now) .. but there is something besides the update causing this .. I have set it to the settings I found in the checklist … so not sure what else to look for at this point…. we have 7 systems running and no issues from 5 the second may have cleared up as I am not being told the second system is having issues.. internet is fiber and stable .. Lic is new and good for 3 years…. will not be in the office until thursday again so I will look into it then… and repost or contact by phone to see if we can resolve this insanity .. thanks for the info…

Do you have Kaspersky Internet Security installed?The version you specified: 21.0.44.1537 did not officially go into commercial release.
Try to install version 21.1.15.500:
Remove the current version: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/12783#block2
Restart your computer.
Download and install version 21.1.15.500 https://support.kaspersky.com/15410#block1
Configure the program according to the recommendations of this article: https://support.kaspersky.com/14870
Then run a full virus scan. https://support.kaspersky.com/15075#block1
Restart your computer and check the problem.
