VB6 Programming

Kaspersky is not consistent with exe files made in VB6. It often detects UDS:Worm.Win32.WBVB as a virus (and always only as such). If I compile it a few minutes later, it no longer finds it to be a virus. Sometimes the antivirus does not find it as a virus, but if I attach it to an email, it sees it as a virus. Often, if I submit the exe file to Kaspersky, it does not find it as a virus, but it sees it as a virus from the Kaspersky program running on the machine. What could be the reason for this?
