Using Cisco Webex I am trying to download backgrounds, but Kaspersky blocking background downloads

Hello @Mez,

Welcome!

  • May we have an image of the “blocked” problem?
  • Which Kaspersky Total Security version is installed?
  • Is the “download backgrounds blocked” happening irrespective of supported browser used?

Try the following, apply each one at a time & test the issue after each step as it may not be necessary to apply all:

  1. Private browsing - Allow → image1
  2. Anti-Banner - Allow →  image1
  3. Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages - uncheck → image2
  4. KTS v2021 only - Support DNS over HTTPS (DoH) - uncheck  → image3
  5. Encrypted connections scanning - add exclusion(s) → image4; start with the webex domain, if necessary add other domains
