On starting this thread, it allowed me very little places to post. so it's here. 

The past few days i have been trying to add my product key to my new pc and my other ssd was full and slow, but it's a total Joke !! it's not made easy at all, typical,  anyway, i bought a activation key, and only used it on my laptop, and now want to transfer it to my new one, but seems you have to be a rocket scientist to be able to do this, my key doesn't run out till September, i have made an account with this company and logged in and put the old key from y old laptop is which is finds and validates, i uninstalled Kaspersky with a trial activation key and tried to use my current key, but it said that it's had too many activations, which i don't understand, i have windows 10 and it's for total security.  i have always used Kaspersky and recommends it to anybody who asks, as it's the only one i know that has secured my data and let me know what's going on.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply, i am trying to contact customer service, but the robot check box won't check box, so stuck on the page with no way to proceed to pass on the information for help.

You're most welcome!

  1. Which region are you in please - we need to check? 
  2. Try another browser. 
  3. Try the browser in Private/Incognito mode.
  4. If there's any Kaspersky software installed, for the Kaspersky Protection extension, for Private browsing - select Allow Data collection on this site & Anti-Banner - Allow on this website.
