Use of Kaspersky VPN in UAE/Saudi Arabia

Soon I will be traveling to UAE, to be more specific, I will travel to Dubai, and I will stay there for a while. I have recently installed Kaspersky VPN secure connection and I have purchased/activated premium version. As pointed on the Kaspersky Web Page, it is impossible to download, install and use Kaspersky VPN in UAE, but I would like to know is it possible to use already installed and purchased premium version, bought and activated in Europe? Thank you very much for your assistance.

As I am informed, some VPN applications can not be used at all in UAE, even though previously activated in the region of purchase.

Also, please refer to the Kaspersky Secure Connection End User License Agreement: 

5.1.

Each time You use the Virtual Private Network (hereafter "VPN") component, You must abide by international, national, and local legislation, including but not limited to laws in the field of intellectual property, personal data, posting information on the internet. Including, but not limited to the following, You are not entitled to use the VPN component: 
   • in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation according to the law in the country where the VPN server is located and/or were the VPN Software is used.

It is weird that it is forbidden although Kaspersky has a UAE based server. 

I believe it is a crime if it was used for illegal actions bot watching regional contents.

Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection cannot be installed in Belarus, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and China due to legal limitations on the use of Virtual Private Network (VPN).

UAE = Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah. 

The End User License Agreement defines all requirements & obligations, both for the subscriber & Kaspersky.
