Use File Shredder to execute a low-level format to the whole HDD the prevent any information leak.?

Recently, my HDD was broken, but I can still access this.

First, I use File Shredder to delete all item, but I feel not enough.

And then, I want to execute a low-level format to the whole HDD the prevent any information leak.

Can you help me to add the new function for me?

@Thomas Wong  Welcome. A low-level format option is not available , you will however easily find low-level format tools on the WEB.
