USA servers

I don’t think I will ever get Kaspersky VPN anymore. Nor I will suggest to anyone else. I am a long time Kaspersky Internet Security / Anti- Virus User approximately for 10 years. I bought the annual VPN subscription, but I am having real difficulties with connecting to USA servers. It is like in the old times when you connect to the internet with DSL. I click the USA server it says its connected when you try to open up some pages it doesnt load the page. I click reload at least 10 times still nothing happens then I switch to USA East Coast server, nothing happens again. Some days it connects instantly some days it doesn’t connect for a few minutes at all. This is really bothering.. I will switch to different VPN providers. I am happy with the Anti-Virus protection but Kaspersky VPN is not as good as it should be.

maybe you could consider to submit your issue to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support

Are you able to connect instantly every single time you use it? Does it open the pages?

@Kameania I am actually on the USA virtual location and can open any page without any noticeable delay. To clarify this issue Tech Support is your best option.

Thanks for the tip. I just sent Technical Support a message with that additional information. My real location is Mexico.
