updsdksample.exe/updsdksample.net.exe 8.10.1.1833 updated bases don't included ark/qscan components, this leads to initialization failed.

it seems updsdksample.exe 8.10.1.1833 use hard coded settings for 8.10.0.

Another question is: APSIG component useful? updated bases only have a default 52kb size log0 file,don't have any definition files.
