Purhcased Security Cloud subscription, activated it and there it stopped. Can’t activate it neither on my PC/ nor on my Phone.

 

In My Kaspersky I see the following error:

 

What is the problem? What is Updating? What connection? Everything is working and I have stable internet. 

 

Any tips how to fix this? Attempted to reinstall the application, connect/disconnect it, but same result each time. 

 

Within the application it just shows this:
