Unsigned Kaspersky files found in Application Control

I recently did a cleanup in ‘Application Control’ and notice 2 objects that didn’t have a digital signature. They appear to be Kaspersky objects.

 

Attached are screenshots of the 2 objects.

What are these ? Why aren’t they signed ? 

 

I’m unable to gain access to them.

Short answer: You can ignore those. 

Medium answer: Unsigned files are not necessarily indicative of  any need for concern.

Long answer: .bat files and .reg file do not need to be signed, last I heard, if I recall correctly.
