Unknown device in My Network

My life is in danger,  I tried to contact the nationaleombudsman Waarmee kunnen wij u helpen | Nationale ombudsman but I never got a reply back, I tried to contact the municipality in Eindhoven but I never get a reply back, I tried to contact my health insurance but I don’t get a answer back, I tried to contact the belgian embassy in the netherlands but I don’t get a answer back ! I tried to contact my friends in France because my life is in danger but I don’t get a reply back !

I phoned the ziggo internet service provider about this matter in the past but they hang up the phone several times ! I even went several times to the ziggo shop with a witness and again they closed my case !

I have been several times to the mediamarkt in Eindhoven where the computers where purchased and the TV but they are ignoring the problems I have on my computer for more then one year ! They even told me that I’m not alowed to visit there shop in Eindhoven ! 

 

The problems :

 

I see a unknown device in My Network :

IP address              :      192.168.178.22

MAC Address         :      4A-79-61-9C-39-0A

 

I also see TIZEN device in My network :

 

Vendor                    : Samsung

Operating system : unknow

IP address              : 192.168.178.22

MAC Address         :DO-DO-03-97-B2-25

 

When I scan the ip address I get this result :

What would you do if your life is in danger and you can’t contact your best friends you once had in Kinshasa, Zaire(Congo) as a kid to tel them why you sudenly disappeared from Kinshasa, Zaire(Congo),.
