Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with uninstalling Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (KESC) from client computers. The commercial license for KESC has expired in the customer portal, and I am unable to remove the product from the machines.

Upon checking the portal, I noticed that an uninstallation protection setup is enabled. When I attempt to uninstall the software directly from the machine, it prompts for a password. However, after entering the correct password, the operation is aborted.

Is there a way to uninstall the product without an active license? Please note that uninstallation protection is enabled, preventing intentional removal.

Since Password protection is enable in cloud console then uncheck it from console and give it a time to enforce and then uninstall the keswin package, if the workspace is expired then request for a trial license activation code and push it and then try the process again .
