Dose anyone know how to unstall Kaspersky Total Security cuz when i go to the file it says Kaspersky Total Security remove i do it and all what keeps coming up is http://prntscr.com/q1fmcb how do i fix so i can remove this

1. Which Kaspersky app is installed? 
2. In C:\Program Files (x86) are there any Kaspersky Lab folders? 
3. In Windows - Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features - which Kaspersky software is listed? 
4. What happens when (you) try to uninstall - is there an error - attach a screen-print - we need to see what you see please - read: How to take a screenshot
