I have installed İnternet Security on two MacBooks - first one doesn’t scan.  second one just shows “Starting...” and doesn’t go anywhere.

 

I want to make sure the entire program is removed - is there a Utility/Tool to do this?

 

I posted 2 support tickets - July 9th and July 13th.. and have not received any response from tech support. 

 

Help would be appreciated.

Welcome. Please, if you see a post from a Moderator or Kaspersky Lab employee, please private message such person your Tech Support INC number, and they may be able to chase it down.

The uninstaller does not work.. it returns the message:

Is there a newer version that I can use?

@EarlAllin Please tell about the results.

Plus please clarify what does happen if you try to remove KIS via Help menu? Or this menu is not available?
