unidentified extension in Chrome, ayuda extensión oculta en Chrome

I have two extensions in Chrome, yet the computer shows three...

in some places in the Internet it says it is legit, in others that is adware...

the extension is nmmhkkegccagdldgiimedpiccmgmieda

and shows in Users / myname / AppData / local / Google / Chrome / UserData / Default / Extensions

how is that Kaspersky does not have a say on this?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
