Unable to turn off AdBlock

Running Kaspersky Internet Security Ver 21.3.10.391 (g)

Win 10 x64 Build 19043

 

I am unable to turn off AdBlock and have it actually show ads.  I want to help a website by allowing ads but even with AntiBanner turned off the website still returns turn off adblocker.

If I pause Kaspersky totally then I do get Ads so it is a setting somewhere.

I have been using Kaspersky for years now and update the main program as an inplace upgrade is this my issue and should I try a full clean and fresh install?

Hello @Ian Lodge, Welcome.

There are two options that you can disable:
'Anti-Banner' and 'Private Browsing'.
After that you should see the ads.

Thanks for the response, added an exclusion for the website and now get ads.
