unable to resolve 687 object

i have KTS version 21.1.15.500 

i have 687 object need to be resolve, I click resolve then nothing happnaned keep spin without any result I did reboot for the machine with out any secusses

1. Manually delete the contents of the folder:
C:\Users\Abdallah Alkhader\Downloads\
2. Clear your antivirus logs:

Settings - Additional - Reports ang Quarantine
3. Run the full scan again.
