Unable to recognise verification code and logging in to banking website

1. I have issues when there is a 3D verification code on websites that I need to enter. It does not recognise even when I enter the correct code.
2. Also for some banking/financial websites, I am not able to log in even though my username and password is correct. Tried on my other devices (that does not have Kaspersky) and it works fine.
