unable to install dropbox, after Kaspersky asked me autorization to update dropbox. I

Kaspersky asked me autorization to update dropbox. I have accepted. However the installation did not go well (failed with no explanation). Now the situation is the following :
1) no dropbox in place, (file dropbox.exe deleted)
2) I cannot install dropbox; I have downloaded the dropbox install program but it refuses to run even when run as administrator.
3) I cannot uninstall dropbox as no longer existing ...

I even uninstalled kaspersky and reied again to run dropbox install ... no success.
Did someone experinced the same ?

🅰 If the system is run in SafeMode with Networking, can Dropbox be installed? 

May we have:

  1. A  GSI & Windows Logs please?
