Unable to delete .tmp files in C:\ProgramData\kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Temp\tempio

Windows 11 22H2

Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(j)

There are  a lot of PRC*.tmp files in the above folder. I have been unable to obtain access to delete them.

Any ideas, anyone?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
