unable to add banking app into the lock app [Closed]

Hello this is anirudh authorized user of kaspersky internet security since i had complete 325 days of the app but still kaspersky did not have got any solution on my minor problem, kaspersky was promised to me that....

"we would do something to do with the your problem"

But now 40 days remain to complete for a year 

Then

Why should i renew kaspersky's  internet security app?

  • Please provide more detail, the problem history, what Support has been told and what Support told you?
  • Did Support collect trace logs from your device? 

&

  1. Operating system version ?
  2. KIS version
  3. Are you trying to use KIS App-Lock feature to lock a banking app? 
  4. If "yes", what happens, any errors? May I have images?
  5. Have you tested if KIS KIS App-Lock can lock another (different ) bank app? 
  6. Is the bank app published thru Google Play Store?
  7. May I know the actual bank app name & version 
  8. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the bank app, including rebooting between each step?
  9. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled KIS, including rebooting between each step?

Please post back?
