ubisoft connect - assasins creed valhalla crashes

Hello i am trying to play a game via the ubisoft connect app, and i i have the antivirus on the games crashes every time.

 

Can you help me about this and what option should i change to dont have problems with the online gaming apps that they launch games (steam,origin,ubisoft connect).
