Two users

I already have kaspersky installed in my cell and pc. Todat I bought VPN for one year and I registered it with another user. 

I can not install VPN in my cell phone because I am getting a message that says that I have to unistall the one Is already had, but it is a limited one for VPN.

In mi pc it's all ok, both are working. What can I do to activate VPN in my cell?

Welcome!

1. Kaspersky VPN premium subscription (Premium, Plus & OR Stand-alone) allows for a single user account to have *unlimited* access on as many devices as the subscription covers. 
2. A Kaspersky VPN premium subscription cannot be *shared* with other users. 
3. IF the *new* Kaspersky VPN premium subscription has been installed on the mobile phone & that phone still has the *original* user-name email for the *whole-phone* the problem (you've) described will happen bc Kaspersky 'thinks' (you're) trying to install software as a *shared* subscription. 
4. The *phone* must be signed into with the same user-name that is being used for the *new* VPN subscription (you) purchased today & registered as the *new-user*. 
5. IF there's still difficulty setting up the please reach out to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.
