Turn on VPN but can't access the website?

I often access the site (https://www.modeltrainforum.com/forums/) to discuss information about model trains. But recently I can't access it normally so I use KIS Plus VPN. When I turn on VPN (choose Singapore IP) and use MS Edge browser, I can access it normally. Similarly, but when I switch to Chrome browser, it doesn't work. Even regular websites can't be accessed for unknown reasons?

• We've just accessed modeltrainforum website to create an account, not to chat, using Chrome & no VPN, which, IF we understand correctly, was how it *originally* worked for (you)? 

1. Which *other* regular websites cannot be accessed, please provide a list of names so they can be checked? 
2. When the *regular* sites cannot be accessed, is there an *error-message*, IF 'yes', what is it please? 
3. Check Kaspersky Plus in on the latest version & patch 21.22.7466(c)? 
4. Reset Chrome: chrome://settings/reset
5. Shutdown & restart the computer?

I am currently using KIS version as you requested to check, 21.22.7466(c)
When I start VPN and access the forum page on MS Edge, and on Chrome I access regular news websites such as baomoi.com, www.tienphong.vn .... all are not possible. Error message as attached image

1. Start VPN

2. Error connect to baomoi.com (on Chrome)

Thank you for posting back & the information!

For our tests of baomoi & tienphong.vn, using *both* Edge & Chrome - VPN - Singapore is active for *all* tests - but we didn't show the VPN when doing the tienphong.vn images: 

Action to take:

1. Reset Chrome: chrome://settings/reset
2. Change the *protocol*
3. Shutdown & restart the computer?
4. Turn the VPN OFF, then follow this Kaspersky guide: Network connection error. DNS issue
5. IF the issues persist, try a full router reset with the computer OFF & all cables *disconnected* from the computer - including the power-cable.

7. IF the issues persist contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select Email, fill in the template as shown - provide a *detailed-history*, Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you:
