Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunReg.a detected once a month or so

Every few weeks I'll get notified it got detected in-memory, I let KS do its full clean, full scan, it finds nothing on disk, repeat.

Any idea on how to find out where its hiding and clean it out?

Also, check applications that are started during Windows StartUp and remain resident, if something suspicious.
