It seem to be quiet since few days ago. But TODAY, right this time, he (the virus) trying to hack my facebook account even if i've scanned many times until then. 

Really my PC has still got virus and Kaspersky could not treat or found it. 

And the Virus Removal Tool could not too. Too much dangerous.

Try a reset of Your browser settings also, check the add-ons installed.

 

Is it K. blocking any virus attempt to connect?

 

I know this is a tool of a direct competence to Kaspersky, but try it and see if there are any detections: NPE

It really does protect by block virus action when the app was on. But when i try to Exit K, the hacker's got my facebook after that.

You should have 2FA authentication enabled in Your emails, social media, and in general online services...

 

Can You post me the K. details from Reports of the detections? Also, why should You go to exit Kaspersky??

Cuz i try to clearly know that virus still alive or not. But now, i uninstall K. No hope, i gotta buy a new hard drive and start from beginning
