trojan win32 agent.gen located in system memory.

Dear All,

 

My system is effected by the some trojan which is win32 agent gen. Attached is the screenshot.

I have scanned and run many times but no resolution, please help asap

I tried reaching out to them.but whenever I am selecting windows option I am not getting any kind of drop down to select application. Hence not able to proceed further.
