Trojan Virus

My kaspersky detected a Trojan virus but it’s can’t able to remove it, i have no idea what to do so i came here for your suggestion ….

@Arittro Please try to locate the object and remove it manually or with this procedure + empty your recycle bin. Also , please check the Kaspersky Quarantine > [Delete]

Next , please proceed with a full scan to check if the detection is cleared.
> Settings > Additional > Threats and Exlusions settings > Type of detected objects
> Detect other software that can be used by criminals to damage your computer or personal data

What happens if you click "Resolve" button? 
Go to c:\users\nilup\appdata\local\Temp\ is the file nsmetmnpkg.exe still here?

☺ @Berny thank you Berny the Kaspersky Quarantine finally worked for me.

In addition, it is necessary to reboot he PC and retest the issue.

If the issue persits - it is necessary to check autorun places. 

 

Very powerfull tool to check autorun places is Autoruns from SystemInternals.
