Trojan-Downloader.HTML.Meta.aq detected Cannot process cleaning

Hello,

After running a full scan, Kaspersky found 4 similar Trojans. 

Trojan-Downloader.HTML.Meta.aq detected

Trojan.HTML.Redirector.cy detected

Trojan.HTML.Redirector.cy detected

Trojan.HTML.Redirector.cy detected

I tried to fix that but Kaspersky cannot process it.

Would you have any suggestion I could do to solve that ?

Avez vous vérifié sur https://mail.google.com ?
Quelle produit Kaspersky utilisez-vous ?
Il est toujours recommandé de sauvegarder les profils Thunderbird et Firefox sur un autre périphérique de stockage externe

Also, looks like a detection of an old email (malicious HTML embedded) message saved in ThunderBird.

 

Removing manually that messages, should be enough.
