Transfer license; First time I got error Exceeded number and that is all. Every next time when I try to transfer license got Activation error .

I try for days to send report to Kaspersky to help me transfer license from old , broken computer to new one: but always got same error . So how to contact Kaskpersky when server is down for days???? Anyway I have old computer with Kaspersky Internet security 2019 on Windows 7 x64 machine. Then I disconnect it in My Kaspersky and try to transfer that same license to my new computer that run Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 with Windows 10 x64. First time I got error Exceeded number and that is all. Every next time when I try to transfer license got Activation error . License is active, currently not attached to any computer and it is valid ( 268 days left) It is a little funny such a big corporation like Kaspersky cannot fix server for days

Welcome. Please see: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/US and then select your region from the drop-down at the upper right. Is there any adware that is blocking your connection to Kaspersky servers? Please uninstall any junk, any adware, any unwanted applications > restart and try again. Any better?

Windows installation is one day old, so I really doubt any adware or other junk is present . Link to live chat?

Please try to connect with another device; to see if your computer has a networking issue.
And how you think: from where I write this: there is no networking issue, since I can surf , download, write on this forum. To try different browser?

Of course I try this first And got error I never used it on any other computer or activate more times then allowed

How to ask when I cannot send request: that is first message in this thread. Look at start. This is ridiculous: system tell me that I have license that is active, and have many days left, and none device use it, and still I cannot activate or transfer license to my new computer. I cannot send request. So what else to say: then it was my last license from Kaspersky. This system not needed by me: I am treated like thief ( or idiot), and still no one here give me any "normal answer" Very disappointing :(

Of course, does you think that I dont have smarter work to do except to wait answer from Kaspersky at Facebook? If experts in Kaspersky cannot fix his own server so I can sent request, what else to say? :(

pepi on a social network, contact technical support specialists regarding an error when creating a request on the portal, wait for their response. they will figure out what is the reason and eliminate
I write to them: nobody answer :( Can someone of you transfer my required data to them so they can fix problem? I cannot wait all night for one answer....
