Hello,

I am using the trial version of Kaspersky ASAP. I will later purchase it for training employees.

I have added 2 users to the groups I have created and started the training. However, neither user has received the invitation email to participate the training. I also clicked "send course invitation" multiple times, within the "Users" page, but still no email received. It has been more than 24 hours since I did this.
Unfortunately, if users do not receive the invitation email, I cannot use the platform.

I kindly ask how I can solve this.

this needs to be checked by technical Support. Please open a ticket with them here https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com

Please provide the following information to them (not here)

1. Detailed description of the problem
2. ASAP login (admin email)
3. Company name (shows in admin pane may differ from the actual company name)
4. Screenshot/error text (if any)

The sign in procedure asks me to upload either the key file or the activation code. I have none of them (I have checked both the platform and my emails). How can I do?

Hello marco1797,

sorry, I missed the trial part here.

Anyway the email will be send after while. Could be hours or days.

However sometimes your own Emailsystem will block it thus you have to check your email servers or email client if the email was moved to a junk folder perhaps.

Also, maybe recreating the user and email invite might help too
