Total Security VPN doesn't load on 2 Android devices

Bought Total Security and Kaspersky VPN, which allows to install VPN on 5 devices.

Loaded VPN on one laptop, and 1 mobile phone (Android), now can't get it loaded on an additional 2 mobile phones, both Android.

I download the app, but it keeps asking for payment.

Any suggestions, please.

• IF (you) purchased Kaspersky Premium Total Security with *Unlimited* VPN, for 5 devices, are (you) signing into the two remaining VPNs (on the Androids), with the *same* subscription email (you) used to purchase the subscription. 
• The Kaspersky Premium Total Security with *Unlimited* VPN, 1yr, 5device subscription, allows for *Unlimited* VPN for 1 user account on *all* devices. 
• IF - for example - on two devices - (you) are using  *different user accounts* to sign into the VPN, the VPN will be Standard/Free/Limited & OR subscription payment will be requested. 

1. Is the Kaspersky Premium Total Security with *Unlimited* VPN subscription *shared* with *other* users? IF 'yes', those users will get Standard/Free/Limited VPN - unless they use the same email address that was used to purchase the  Kaspersky Premium Total Security with *Unlimited* VPN subscription OR - they purchase a VPN Premium subscription.
