Total Security Shutting Down - Unprotected

My TS keeps closing down completely and thereby leaving me un protected. On a Win 10 machine x64 build 19044. Running application version 21/3/10.391(h). 

Been happening for a while but seems to just then restart on its own. Anyone else experienced this and got any advice?

Not experiencing on other machines

Sorry no joy. Software shut itself down again but did restart on its own after a while.

Okay but what do I do? What am I looking at?

Windows search bar in taskbar → Type “eventvwr.msc” (without quotes) → Windows Logbooks
