Total Security blocking ARC Raiders launching

Hi I am using Windows 11 (version attached) and Total Security version 21.3.10.391 (m).

When I originally installed the game I had no problems but after the 4th or 5th time I got the error below. I was told to try installing it on another drive which I did but the same thing happened. I have ran some tests by closing programs that might clash with the game and the only way it would load is when I turned off Kaspersky.

I have tried adding the .exe to exclusions and trusted applications but it still will not load the game when Kaspersky is running.

Can you please advise how I can fix this as spending £50 on a game I cannot play due to something Kaspersky is blocking doesn't sit right with me.

Any help would be appreciated.
