Total security blocked POST ajax request to our domain. How to fix this?

We are a company that has been facing an issue with respect to a particular domain whose POST ajax requests are being blocked by the Kaspersky Total Security software. When we use the post requests on our other domains, our requests are not blocked by the software. Currently, we have implemented a CURL request for the domain where we are facing this issue. However, this is not a feasible implementation for our company, and we would like to use the POST method again using AJAX. Since the issue is only occuring in this domain, we feel that this is a product bug. We also matched the request headers and parameters used at other domains where the requests are not blocked, but we did not find any discrepancy in the headers and parameters that we use for our domain, yet our requests are getting blocked.

Please look into this and fix this.

Hello @Im_user

Welcome!

Use Kaspersky’s Open Threat Portal to check the domain, depending on the results, also, select Submit to reanalyze, by adding an email address & contact Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the Application malfunction, Other template, include:

  1.  A detailed history?
  2. What caused the problem?
  3. How did you try to solve the problem?
  4. Text from an error message? Screenshot? Video?
  5. Community topic URL?
  6. Support may request traces & or other data, they will guide you

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?

Thank you🙏
