Like a viewer that can directly open the restore files? Because it's still using my storage space, for sure, the data is still there and can be extracted. Hoping it will be a challenge for your developer and well-appreciated.

Hum KSOS 6, but what exact version of KSOS 6??? Last version of KSOS is 8.23!!!

How to know the exact version in the control panel, it shows 19.0.0.1088. As far as I know, it's KSOS 6

I will try to update now then I will let you know

Easy, just go to Your Windows task bar, on the right, find K icon, 1 mouse right click button -> About
