Timed out during activation code

I have strong internet connection .yet not able to activate it's saying timed out

1. Check IE proxy settings, make sure that there were no proxy set. Also you can try to reset IE settings: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings
2. Try to reset network settings in OS: https://support.kaspersky.com/12378
