I paid for the premium version but when I turn on the VPN the internet connection ends In the photos an example and I use an iPhone 14 pro max with 5G

I have tried with all the servers but none of them work I think it is a problem with the VPN because if I leave the VPN on the internet ends so I turn off the VPN and if the internet works on the device

Can you solve that because I think the VPN is very good, please solve that problem

Please open your iPhone settings and check if this configuration is available : VPN? Kaspersky VPN ?
Also, I moved your topic to the Kaspersky VPN section.

I did it but it doesn't work, I want to comment that I am using an alternative VPN and my internet is good.

Please uninstall / reinstall Kaspersky VPN , and if no fix please contact Kaspersky Technical Support :
